First slide in the BC Snow!
It snowed ptobably about 40cm in the last couple of days – so on Sunday I thought it would be nice to drive up the moutain, to Cypress, just 30km out of Vancouver.
Truth is, it IS winter! It’s freezing, the trees are covered in snow, and people are starting to ski. It’s really exciting and promising for the season, considering last year wasn’t too good for the Olympics.
Al’s enjoying his first slide on my snowboard, used as an improvised sled! There will surely be a lot more of this in the next few weeks, and I can’t wait to add more pics onto my blog, with all our crazy skiing stories! My snowboard is in the shop being serviced, just in time for Whistler this weeked! Woop woop
