Ile de la Cité
This shot was take on one of the two islands in Paris, on the river Seine. L’Ile de la Cité is one of the most privileged areas of the city, with only high-end apartments and houses.
We took the boat from Pont Neuf, at the end of this small Island, on a river tour which took us all the way to the Eiffel Tower (west of Paris) and the other island, l’Ile St-Louis. I especially like the lanterns hanging from the front of the houses in this picture.
