Cricket

I was walking around Fort Kochi today, taking some pictures and generally wasting time, until our flight back to Hyderabad later this afternoon.

I came across a game of cricket, played by a bunch of Indian kids, on this beautiful yet boiling Sunday morning. They were playing just behind Vasco de Gamma’s house, and clearly enjoying the game.

I still don’t understand the rules of this sport which seems to only be played in commonwealth countries, but I’m sure one day I’ll figure it out, maybe by actually seeing a proper game!
