South African Wine Tasting

Story

This shot was taken just a couple of hours after landing at Cape Town International Airport. The region North of Cape Town reminded me a lot of the region North of San Francisco, Napa Valley. The vast majority of the wine from South Africa is brewed in this region, called Stellenbosch. This particular winery had a very beautiful estate and more particularly great wine tasting facilities. This shot depicts some of the bottles the Boschendal estate had to offer. The flowers at the back embellish the wine bottles and give a paticular colourful feel to the image.

LOCATION

Boschendal Estate, Franshoek, Western Cape
