Climbing up Villarica
Today we´re climbing Villarica, the volcano just South of Pucon.
It is a beautiful sunny day, perfect to carry on this ascension in the snow of this beautiful volcano.
This shot is taken about half way through the ascension, with beautiful views over the Pucon region. There are another 2 volcanoes in the area too.
What was particularly impressive was how the clouds were simply moving around the cone of the volcano and passing on to the other side. You can see on this picture that the clouds are already below us, and they were moving at a fast pace, probably with winds over 60 KM/h!
