Story

Today we start the “Doble U” (W), a trekking route which forms a W around the Chilean National Park Torres del Paine.

After a catamarn trip around the park, we will start from the west and finish in the East.

Our first day consists of a 15km hike to one of the biggest glaciers here in Chile, the Glaciar Grey, featured in this shot.

It was truly astonishing to witness such a natural phenomenon for the first time. We were breathless! We made our way down to the foot of the glaciers to see some icebergs, on the next image. Click the right arrow to continue…
