West Pier Lighting in the Night
Tonight the West Pier in Brighton was lit for one-night only in an attempt to recreate its original appearance, before it was burnt down by a fire in 2003.
I went passed it on my scooter after work, then came down to the beach with my two housemates to take this real nice picture, where you can actually see the lasers that were used to create this green effect.
According to the local newspaper, The Argus, the lighting was made by French lighting studio Creatmosphere (cororico!). To be fair, tonight’s lighting wasn’t very impressive, but if you have a look at their Flickr stream, they do quite cool stuff!
